  1. I have fibromyalgia and many food and environmental sensitivities. I also have non cystic rosacea and I have very sensitive skin. What natural product line would you suggest?

    • Hi Cindy,
There are a lot of allergens and irritants in conventional products. Switching to something more natural may feel better on your sensitive skin! There are a few lines that are completely natural – like Acure (I LOVE their Argan oil – it is very soothing and moisturizing). Try to use less products in general, and don’t be afraid to try products marketed for babies/children. California Baby is a great line (I use the Calendula cream all the time!) and Ava Anderson is another brand with truly pure ingredients – I have heard great things about Ava’s diaper cream for adult rosacea (really!). Hope some of these ideas help, good luck!
